I purchased one bottle on the basis that I would receive another one for free. However, I was surprised to receive an email saying they were unwilling to send it to me. Instead, they said they would send me a gift. What was even more disappointing is that the “gift” turned out to be two 1.2 ml samples that were almost empty.
This was very frustrating.
